Gizlilik Politikası

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Enerjix mobil uygulaması ve ilgili bulut hizmetleri ("Uygulama") aracılığıyla kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Enerjix, bir bireysel geliştirici tarafından yürütülen kişisel bir projedir; bu metinde "biz" ifadesi bu geliştiriciyi belirtir. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında hazırlanmıştır.

1. Veri Sorumlusu

Enerjix, bir bireysel geliştirici tarafından yürütülen kişisel bir projedir. Verilerinizle ilgili veri sorumlusu bu geliştiricidir ve aşağıdaki adreslerden ulaşılabilir:

2. İşlediğimiz Veriler

Hesap verileri: e-posta adresiniz ve (geri döndürülemez biçimde şifrelenmiş/hash'lenmiş olarak saklanan) parolanız. Kayıt sırasında ad-soyad gibi başka bir kimlik bilgisi istenmez.

Cihaz ve kullanım verileri: hesabınıza eklediğiniz Enerjix cihazlarından gelen ölçümler — elektrik/enerji tüketimi (ör. toplam import enerji, akım), yük rölesi (açık/kapalı) durumu, hareket (PIR) olayları — ile cihaz tanımlayıcıları (cihaz kısa kimliği/seri numarası) ve zaman damgaları.

Teknik veriler: hizmetin sağlanması ve güvenliği için IP adresi ve uygulama sürümü gibi asgari işlem güvenliği verileri ile sistem e-postalarını dilinize göre iletebilmek için uygulamanın her istekte gönderdiği cihaz dili tercihi (Accept-Language). Bu tercih hesabınızda kalıcı olarak saklanmaz.

Reklam kimliği toplamıyor; reklam, profilleme veya üçüncü taraf analiz SDK'ları kullanmıyoruz.

3. Uygulama İzinleri ve Kullanım Amaçları

  • Kamera: yalnızca cihaz kurulumu sırasında cihaz üzerindeki QR kodunu okumak için kullanılır.
  • Bluetooth / yakındaki cihazlar: kurulum sırasında cihaza bağlanıp Wi-Fi bilgilerini güvenli biçimde iletmek için kullanılır.
  • Konum: yalnızca eski Android sürümlerinde Bluetooth taraması yapabilmek için sistem tarafından istenebilir; konumunuzu belirlemek veya takip etmek için kullanılmaz ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.
  • Bildirimler: yalnızca sizin etkinleştirdiğiniz "evde değilim" hareket uyarılarını iletmek için kullanılır.

4. İşleme Amaçları ve Hukuki Sebepler

Verileriniz; hesabınızı oluşturmak ve yönetmek, cihazlarınızı kurmak ve size ait cihaz verilerini göstermek, açtığınız uyarıları iletmek ve hizmet güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla işlenir. Hukuki sebepler KVKK m.5 kapsamında "sözleşmenin kurulması/ifası için gerekli olması", "bir hakkın tesisi/kullanılması" ve "temel hak ve özgürlüklere zarar vermemek kaydıyla veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati"; bildirimler için ise açık rızanızdır.

5. Aktarım ve Barındırma

Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Veriler, barındırma hizmet sağlayıcımız Contabo'nun Almanya'daki sunucu altyapısında saklanır; bu nedenle yurt dışına aktarım söz konusudur. Uygulama Google Play üzerinden dağıtılır. Yasal yükümlülük halleri dışında verileriniz üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.

6. Saklama Süresi

Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu ve ilgili amaçlar için gerekli olduğu sürece; sonrasında ise ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen zamanaşımı süreleri boyunca saklanır ve süre sonunda silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.

7. Güvenlik

Tüm ağ trafiği HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir; parolalar hash'lenerek saklanır; cihaz kimlik doğrulaması kriptografik yöntemlerle (HMAC / ECDSA) yapılır. Verilerinizi yetkisiz erişime karşı korumak için makul idari ve teknik tedbirler alınır.

8. Haklarınız ve Hesap Silme

KVKK m.11 uyarınca; verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Hesabınızı ve ilişkili verilerinizi Hesap Silme sayfası üzerinden kendiniz silebilirsiniz: e-posta adresinize gönderilen kodu girdiğinizde hesabınız ve verileriniz hemen silinir. Silinen ve saklanan veriler hakkında ayrıntı için yukarıdaki 6. bölüme bakınız.

9. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "son güncelleme" tarihi buna göre değiştirilir. Önemli değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden önce, e-posta yoluyla veya uygulama içinde ya da bu sayfada belirgin bir bildirim yayımlayarak sizi bilgilendiririz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed through the Enerjix mobile app and its related cloud services (the "App"). Enerjix is a personal project run by an individual developer; in this text "we" refers to that developer. It is prepared in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). The Turkish version governs; this English text is a courtesy translation.

1. Data Controller

Enerjix is a personal project run by an individual developer, who is the data controller for your data and can be reached at:

2. Data We Process

Account data: your e-mail address and your password (stored only in irreversibly hashed form). No other identity data such as your name is requested at sign-up.

Device & usage data: readings from the Enerjix devices you add to your account — electricity/energy consumption (e.g. total import energy, current), load-relay on/off state, and motion (PIR) events — together with device identifiers (device short ID / serial number) and timestamps.

Technical data: minimal transaction-security data such as IP address and app version, for providing and securing the service, plus the device language your app sends on each request (Accept-Language) so that system e-mails are shown in your language. This preference is not stored permanently on your account.

We do not collect an advertising identifier and we use no advertising, profiling, or third-party analytics SDKs.

3. App Permissions and Why We Use Them

  • Camera: used only to scan the QR code on the device during setup.
  • Bluetooth / nearby devices: used to connect to the device and securely deliver Wi-Fi credentials during setup.
  • Location: on older Android versions the system may require it solely to permit Bluetooth scanning; it is not used to determine or track your location and is not used for advertising.
  • Notifications: used only to deliver the "out of home" motion alerts that you choose to enable.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process your data to create and manage your account, set up your devices and show you their data, deliver the alerts you enable, and keep the service secure. The legal bases under KVKK Art. 5 are "necessity for the conclusion/performance of a contract", "establishment or exercise of a right", and "the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed"; notifications rely on your explicit consent.

5. Sharing and Hosting

We do not sell your personal data. Data is stored on the server infrastructure of our hosting provider, Contabo, located in Germany, which involves a transfer abroad. The App is distributed through Google Play. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and the relevant purposes require, and thereafter for the limitation periods set out in applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

All network traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS; passwords are stored hashed; device authentication uses cryptographic methods (HMAC / ECDSA). We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.

8. Your Rights & Account Deletion

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data and to object to its processing. You can delete your account and associated data yourself from the Account Deletion page: enter the code e-mailed to your address and your account and data are deleted immediately. See section 6 above for what is deleted versus retained.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the "last updated" date is revised accordingly. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect — by e-mail, or by posting a prominent notice in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
